Getting to grips with the Dutch way of doing things in Dutch-Chinese work environment lead to BenCham Shanghai, De Baak and ChinaMoves organizing  the following workshop: “Understanding the Dutch Mind.”

The event was held on 21st of October, especially for Chinese employees working for Dutch companies.  It was a big success. Thirty enthusiastic and active Chinese employees gave positive feedback after the workshop, saying: “It was interesting to learn the history and background of Dutch people, as it is very useful for daily matters on the work floor.  A better cooperation can be met when there is a mutual understanding between different cultures.”
